Description of Work: Customer Portal Update
Location: All Blueshift Data Centers
Purpose: Blueshift Systems Administrators will be updating the customer portal to allow self-provisioning and usage billing features for all Blueshift data centers.
Window Start: 2/09/2021 - 8:00am PST
Window End: 2/09/2021 - 10:00am PST
Service Impact: This work is expected to take approximately 2 hours and you may experience intermittent access to the customer portal during the maintenance window. While we have taken every precaution to minimize complications during this event, with any maintenance event there exists a certain amount of risk. Blueshift is committed to providing the highest possible level of service; therefore, we strive to increase client satisfaction and productivity through our proactive approach to customer notification.
Schedule: The window for Portal Maintenance is scheduled to begin at 8:00am and end at 10:00am. Should additional time be required, notice will be provided and the work window will be expanded.
Testing & Planning: All testing and planning executed during this window will impact only the customer portal. A third party vendor will perform the installation and update.
Rollback Plan: The customer portal will revert to its prior state in the event the scheduled plan cannot be fully executed or unexpected results occur.
